Terms & Conditions
ONLINE PROGRAMMING
1) Minimum Term: Minimum sign up term is 8 weeks. Canceling earlier will require you to pay out the remainder of your subscription fees for those 8 weeks only.
2) Canceling Your Subscription: 2 WEEKS NOTICE must be given to Unbroken Performance to cancel your subscription without penalty. Failure to notify Unbroken Performance will require you to pay out the two weeks of your subscription.
3) Fees + Payments: You will be charged directly through your chosen payment method. Payment failure will result in a $25.00 ADMIN FEE for the inconvenience of the service provider.
4) Subscription Pauses: Your online subscription can be placed on pause for up to 4 weeks per year, for any reason. To request a pause to your subscription, please contact Unbroken Performance in writing at admin@unbrokenperformance.co.nz. Clients will continue to be invoiced upon failure to notify Unbroken Performance.
5) Subscription Rights: The client reserves the right to a respectful service and clear communication from Unbroken Performance. For any issues, please contact Unbroken Performance directly for prompt resolution at admin@unbrokenperformance.co.nz
6) Social Media: The client may elect to be removed from any content for social media/marketing purposes without reason. Please notify your trainer at any time.
7) Program Commencement: All clients must begin programming within 2 days of receiving the initial program, unless discussed otherwise with the elected trainer. It is then the clients' responsibility to follow update guidelines and provide feedback on the day they have elected to do so on their consult form. Clients will be invoiced regardless, even upon failure to check in.
8) Intellectual Property: Unbroken Performance reserves the right to hold ownership over all programming and service materials. Access to programming is only available to current clients.
9) Payment Set Up: Unbroken Performance will not charge subscription payment until your services have been confirmed in writing.
PERSONAL TRAINING
1) Minimum Term: Minimum sign up term is 8 weeks. Canceling earlier will require you to pay out the remainder of your session fees for those 8 weeks only.
2) Rescheduling: Clients have the opportunity to reschedule a Personal Training session for the same week if they are unable to attend for any reason. Clients are required to give 48 hours written notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. Unbroken Performance will endeavour to schedule you a make up session provided there is space available that doesn't inconvenience other clientele. Should there be no space available within the week, Clients will not be invoiced for the session.
3) Late Cancellation Fee: Failure to show up to a session or cancelling within 48 hours will still result in being invoiced for the session.
4) Invoicing: All clients will be invoiced via email for Personal Training services. Unless sessions have been rescheduled (refer to section.1) or at the discretion of Unbroken Performance, you will be billed for your selected service.

7) Subscription Rights: The client reserves the right to always train in a comfortable and respectable environment. Should the client feel uncomfortable in any sort of manner, at any time, they are immediately to inform the trainer.
