


ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMMING
Online Training Programming (8 week minimum)
The online training program is a fortnightly structure created around each clients’ exercise requirements. Each program focuses on exercise progression and lifestyle longevity through progressing a certain training variable or other goals unique to the client.
You’ll receive:
Fortnightly training structures (via subscription) that include full exercise prescription, repetition + set amounts, video instruction, and additional notes per client
Continuous access to the private Unbroken Performance client communications groups
On-call communication with your trainer
Fortnightly feedback pathways with your trainer to assess your current training program
Fortnightly program adjustments and updates based on clients’ goals and performance.
Investment: $199 for the initial signup program (one time payment), followed by a subscription fee of $49 per fortnight. *Subscription payment will be arranged by your trainer after initial Sign Up is confirmed.
Note: After the initial 8 weeks, you can cancel at any time by providing two weeks notice.
